Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer no questions asked returns within 15 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.



Please note the following requirements for our return and refund policy:

Returned items must include all parts included in the original packaging and be returned in the original product packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.



For defective or damaged products, please contact us at help@fitswitch.io to arrange a refund or exchange.



Return Process

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

Reply to your order confirmation email to request which product(s) you would like to return.

Print the return shipping label that you will receive by email.

Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.



Please Note

If you would like a replacement, we will ship one to you free of charge. We will also provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return.

For returns, If the product is defective, we will refund the entire product cost. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs.
